A Dubuque woman pleaded guilty yesterday to charges connected with her child's death. Tamelea Harris pleaded to child endangerment resulting in death and desecration of a corpse and will do 78 years.
Harris was originally charged with first degree murder in the death of 20 month old Cecelia. She's been in jail for more than a year when police started looking for the child and investigating the case. They said they found a child's remains in Harris' backyard.
