Des Moines Police want James Beaudrie. He's charged with assault, and multi counts of sexual abuse. The charges from accusations by his 15-year old daughter. The mother, Kijua Beaudrie's behind bars charged with neglect, and their 9-kids are in foster homes or shelters.
