Gay Marriage Procedural Test Tomorrow?

The first procedural test in the Iowa Senate on a proposed constitutional amendment to ban gay marriage could come as soon as tomorrow. Republicans, who are in the minority in the senate say the Democrats are trying to change senate rules to block the amendment from coming to a vote.
