The proposed budget plan for the Des Moines school district is due out Friday, and they'll hold several public hearings to talk about it. The first will be March 22 at Weeks Middle School. Others will be held after that at Hiatt Middle School, Callanan Middle School, and City Hall Chambers. Board members and administrators will be at those meetings to answer questions and take opinions.
