About the barn on the Valley High School campus in West Des Moines, officials are now looking for a buyer to relocate it. Last week the school asked the city council to help with underground stormwater detention basins that would have allowed Valley to keep the barn, but that petition was unsuccessful. If someone comes in and pays to relocate it, it will be theirs. If the barn isn't moved, it will be taken down.
