State lawmakers in favor of internet poker, are looking at a plan that would let Iowa join with other state's and possibly foreign countries, where on line gaming is legal. State Sen. Jeff Danielson, a Cedar Falls democrat, tells the Des Moines Register he will soon draw up a bill to legalize internet poker. It could raise $3-to$13-million in new tax revenues. A Register Poll last January found 73% of Iowans oppose on line gambling.
