We don't have the op[ dates, but Famous Labels and FL Home will soon open their doors at the Merle Hay Mall in Des Moines. KCCI reports Famous Labels is a national retailer that carries women's apparel, featuring brand name clothing and accessories, usually priced 50% off or more. FL Home is a new concept store features home accessories at discount. Both stores will be new to the Des Moines area.
