Des Moines PD need your help finding 21-year old Daveion Smith. He's a person of interest in a November 6th shooting in the 2100 block of Forest Avenue. WHO-TV reports Smith's African-American, 5'10", 150 pounds, with a tattoo, "Zaniyah," on the right side of his neck.
