An Iowa City landlord accused of peeping on a tenant has been charged with invasion of privacy.
63-year-old Elwyn Miller faces a lone misdemeanor count so far.
A resident at one of Miller's properties called police on Wednesday to report that Miller had been watching her through a peephole in the shower ceiling.
Miller told investigators that he'd looked into the bathrooms of other apartments he owns so he could watch women tenants take showers.
Miller is currently free on bond.
