Woodley Out at GSE

The COO of the State General Services Enterprise has resigned.  WHO-TV reports Doug Woodley was one of the people who testified before state lawmakers about secret settlements made with fired state workers.  Two experienced department members will oversee GSE until Woddley's replacement is picked.
