Clive Couple Barred from Tax Preparation

An Iowa couple, Jill Schwartz-Musin and Howard Musin, have been barred from the tax preparation business. Federal Prosecutors say the Musin's claimed over $21-million in businesses expenses on clients tax returns between 2003 and 2006. The problem is , they weren't business expenses. The judge who barred the Musin's says they were taking personal expenses and trying to pass them off as business costs.
