Iowa's Board of Parole won't be recommending early release for Tracey Dyess. She was sentenced to 45-years for setting a fire in 2005 that killed her sister and nephew. Dyess told authorities at the time that she wanted to kill her stepfather because of sexual abuse. WHO-TV reports Dyess told a Parole Board hearing today she knows what she did was wrong, and will be paying for it the rest of her life.
