Water Works master plan

A new master plan to turn Des Moines Water Works Park into an educational/recreational destination's will be unveiled at the Des Moines Arts Center tomorrow.  An open house to view the plan's set for 5 to 7p.m. Almost $165,000 in grant money's been raised for the project so far, and KCCI reports another $35,000 come in from private donors.
