When President Obama stops here Thursday he's expected to lean on Congress to get moving on passing tax credits for encourage investment in clean energy technology. Mr. Obama will be visiting TPI Composites in Newton, which makes wind manufacturing equipment. The White House has been pushing these economic proposals for months with no action in Congress.
