Gov. Branstad's named Carl Heinrich and Jeff Lamberti to the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission. KCCI reports Heinrich's the past president of Iowa Western Community College. Lamberti's a former state legislator and the co-owner of Arena Football League's Iowa Barnstormers Both require Senate confirmation. If confirmed they'd each serve three-year terms beginning in May.
