Kicking Out Homeless

The city of Des Moines is kicking out homeless people. Fliers posted in certain parts of town are telling the homeless to pack up and leave. City employees posted fliers more than a week ago along trails near the Des Moines River and Euclid Avenue stating that homeless camps must be removed or the city will dispose of the property.
