Rolling Plane

Authorities at Des Moines International Airport are trying to figure out how an Allegiant aircraft MD-83 managed to roll away on its own while it was being towed a remote parking area Sunday.  The plane had just been disconnected from a tow bar, and for some reasons its' brakes failed and it started rolling.  It hit some ground equipment suffering some damage.
