Some LJS Restaurants Closing
Nellis Management in Urbandale, says it's shutting
down 16 of the 31-Long John Silvers it operates in Iowa. It's
because poor sales brought on by negative attention over trans fat
oil, which they no longer use. About 3 of the 6-stores in the Des
Moines metro are expected to stay open.
