Des Moines Park and Recreation Director Donald Tripp's leaving his job with the city at the end of the month, and taking a similar post in the city of Westminster, Colorado. The Des Moines Register reports Tripp has family living there. A Park and Rec Board officials says assistant parks director Ben Page, is a potential replacement for Tripp. Des Moines has 72-parks and 300-department employees.
