State Files Charges Against Bauder Pharmacy

The State Pharmacy Board's brought 20-administrative charges against Des Moines Bauder Pharmacy, after officials found close to 741,000 hydrocodone pills missing. Hydrocodone's a pain killer. The Des Moines Register reports the pharmacy received almost 1.1-million pills between January 2008 and March of this year, and reported 358,000. The pharmacy's open, but can't dispense controlled substances until after a hearing next month on the charges.
