The owners of the Iowa Speedway are planning to sell the track and assets to a new corporation. The Newton's City Council has a special meeting tomorrow to discuss the sale to Iowa Speedway LLC. The Newton Daily News reports the sale will transfer the current agreements between the track and the city to the new owners.
