Iowa's Court of Appeals has overturned the guilty verdict in the case of former Pella Pastor Patrick Edouard, who was convicted on 4-counts of sexual exploitation by a counselor. The court fund the jury instructions gave a broader definition of "counselor" than should have been given. KCCI reports Edouard's been free during his appeal.
