Child Death

Authorities have been investigating the death of a 15 month old child in northwest Iowa... but Spencer police say no crime was involved in the child's death. Paramedics were called to a home in Spencer Friday night, and the young boy was taken to a hospital...and the child died. Police say investigators and doctors found no evidence of foul play. The exact cause of death has not yet been determined.
