Teen Resentenced

A Charles City teenager convicted of killing his three-year-old cousin is getting a new sentencing hearing... The iowa court of appeals upheld the convictions for Edgar Concepcion Junior... but his life setnences were overturned, and the case will go back to district court for re-sentencing. Concepcion was 14 at the time of the 2009 death of three year old Krystel Banes... and he was given two life sentences. But... a US supreme court ruling says it is unconstitutional to sentence juveniles to sentences without the possibility of parole. He was found guilty of first-degree murder in 2010.
