Twyner Hearing

A change of plea hearing has been set for a former Newtown doctor accused of wrongdoing in prescribing painkillers. Lafayette Twyner has decided to plead guilty... he's been charged with more than 100 counts of health care fraud and unlawfully disseminating controlled substances... he surrendered his state medical license to settle accusations with the state board of medicine. Twyner previously denied any wrong doing. the change of lea hearing has been set for February 21st.
