State police say a Hopewell Junction man with a prior drunk driving conviction was stopped driving with a blood alcohol level twice the legal limit over the weekend. 27 year-old Michael Ogden was stopped hear Fishkill Bowl on Route 82 at 2 in the morning Sunday. He faces a felony charge because of the prior DUI within 10 years.
