The reopening of the Grand Avenue Bridge's come too late to save West Des Moines Taqueria Sonora restaurant. Owner Hector Otanez tells KCCI he's closing his doors for good. He says the 9-month shutdown of the bridge cost him 40% of his business, and now 3-months behind on his rent, he can't afford stay open.
