Schulte Hospitality Group is the new owner of the Renaissance Des Moines Savery Hotel in downtown Des Moines. A company spokesperson tells KCCI they plan a major renovation of the hotel. That's expected to cost about $8 million and take about 6-months to finish, including adding a restaurant on the first floor.
