A groundbreaking ceremony was held today for the new Rotary Riverwalk Park in Des Moines. The $500,000 fishing-themed park is being built just north of the Iowa Women of Achievement Bridge park near Wells Fargo Arena and will be financed entirely nine local Rotary clubs.
