Valley High School Arson
A 16-year old male student at West Des Moines' Valley High School's in custody and will be referred to Polk County Juvenile Court for arson, after a small fire in a school bathroom this morning. Investigators are still looking into a 2nd fire this afternoon in another bathroom.
