Sebring Suit

Iowa's Supreme Court has turned down the Des Moines School District's effort to get out from under a lawsuit filed by former School Superintendent Nancy Sebring.  It's the 2nd time the District's lost an effort to get the case tossed.  WHO-TV reports the case is scheduled to go to trial in November.
