Hit by Cop Car

A bicy­clist hit by a police car while rid­ing home says he doesn’t remem­ber any­thing. The police offi­cer says Zach Brown pulled out in front of him. Brown admits it was not the best idea to wear dark cloth­ing while bik­ing in the early morn­ing dark­ness. The crash left him with a bro­ken leg, con­cus­sion and road rash.
