Hubbell Ave Experiment

Des Moines City Council's pulled the plug on the $200,000 experiment that cut Hubbell Avenue from 4 lanes to 3, between Easton Boulevard to East 33rd Street.  The goal was safety and calmer traffic.  KCCI reports the plan wasn't a hit with residents.  Hubbell goes back to 4 lanes this summer.
