In West Desmoines - a 7 year old went under water while at raccoon river park late yesterday afternoon... KCCI says officials say the boy experienced a medical condition while he was swimming, which caused him to go under... he was reportedly NOT conscious when he was pulled from the water... he was taken to blank children's hospital.
