Des Moines police say a 19-year old man's been ticketed for his role in a motorcycle accident this morning. Police say 27-year old Justin Anderson was riding his motorcycle south on Hubbell, when a car pulled out of a driveway into his path. Anderson laid down the bike to avoid a crash. Anthony Raitt says he didn't see the bike. Anderson broke his arm and suffered some road rash.
