30-year old Jeremy Garlin and 55-year old Max Nelson, both from Marshalltown, are in the Marshall County Jail after a tip led to the discovery of a body yesterday in the basement of a home in the 500 block of N. 4th Avenue. Garlin who lives in the home, is charged with 1st degree murder. Nelson's charged as an accessory after the fact, and with abuse of a corpse.
