A police officer in West Columbia, South Carolina's facing federal charges after sending explicit photos of himself to a 13-year-old girl in Polk County last month. 30-year old Andrew Haney's charged with interstate commerce of obscene materials to a person under 16. Haney's been fired by the police department. The two met on a social media site.
