30-year old Jerry Harbour, Jr.'s behind bars for vehicular homicide, DUI and leaving the scene of an accident after West Des Moines Police say his speeding pickup truck slammed into a car at University and 22nd. They also tell WHO-TV Harbour tried to leave the scene. He's in the Polk County Jail on $56,000 bond. The driver of the car, 29-year old Jeffrey Crispin, died at the scene.
