Wes Des Moines Police have charged Nathaniel Yancey with a Black Friday shooting at Valley West Mall. According to KCCI, Yancey's been charged with intimidation with a dangerous weapon. Investigators say no one was hurt, and add that something like this is well out of the ordinary at West Valley.
