Mason City police said that 29 year old Jon Ramon now faces a charge of aggravated assault on a peace officer, and more after he allegedly bit Lieutenant Logan Wernet. Police were sent to talk with Ramon on Wednesday, and that's when he threw rocks at them at a local restaurant -- he broke a window there. When they took him into custody, police said Ramon bit Wernet.
