Wanna Be Pets Get Holiday Gift

An Iowa man thought of everyting for Christmas, including the wanna be pets at the Humane Society of Northern Iowa in Mason City. He gave the organization one ton of dog food. The Globe Gazette reports that Garth Jordan, of Osage arranged it all with the help of the Osage Cooperative Elevator and bought two thousand pounds of pet food, and it was delivered to the animal shelter. The holiday gift was in memory of his dog, Muffin.
