Project Alluvion

The West Des Moines City Council may approve incentives tonight that would push forward a $255 million dollar project.
KCCI reports the project is code named Project Alluvion. The as-yet unnamed developer is asking for financial incentives and infrastructure improvements to help with the project. Tax increment financing support for the project is expected to total about $18 million. Documents show the project is expected to create about 84 jobs.
