the Iowa house has passed a bill that would strengthen laws
against sexual assaults in military forces... the measure would
require that the Iowa national guard annually filing a report with
the legislature, detailing sexual abuse allegations... also... a
commander would not be able to interfere in the victims reporting
process... the bill now goes back to the senate for more
consideration.
