Montour Residents Have to Boil Water, Pool Filling Causes Pressue Drop

DNR's directed residents of Montour to boil their drinking water until tests show it's safe. The reason's a drop in water pressure. A resident used a fire hydrant to fill their swimming pool, causing the pressure drop. Whenever there's a pressure drop, the monitoring system automatically sets off a boil alert because of possible bacterial contamination.
