Iowa's Pharmacy Board voted unanimously today not to reverse the revocation of the controlled substances license of Bauder Pharmacy. Charges were brought last May against Bauder and Pharmacist Mark Graziano after an audit turned up over 740,000 missing hydrocodone painkillers. The Board determined Bauder's not a secure environment for controlled substances.
