As you know, Iowa broadcasting legend Jim Zabel passed away this week whle preparing for his current radio show. He was 91. In his spare time he could often be found at the Beaverdale Italian restaurant Christopher's and management wants to recognize not only Zabel's contribution to radio, television, and Iowa pop culture, but also his loyalty to their establishment. So, it was decided that Christopher's would offer a special menu in Zabel's honor, featuring some of his menu favorites. The restaurant plans on running the special menu for about a week
