The Raccoon River isn't rising as fast as forecast, so closing Fleur Drive may be delayed or not be needed. The Raccoon was at 16.35 feet at Fleur earlier this afternoon, and forecasts call for it to crest at 16.6 feet tomorrow before leveling off and staring to recede. It starts crossing the roadway at 17.2 feet. Right now, one lane is open each way on Fleur.
