Kevin Dalasta won't stand trial for the deaths of 2-children in an Ankeny car crash in 2010. A judge ruled today that Delasta is permanently disabled, and because of that all charges against him have been dropped. Dalasta, who allegedly ran a stop sign and hit a minivan killing the two children faced 2-counts of vehicular homicide and 2-counts of serious injury by vehicle.
