After strong words from one resident in opposition, Clive's City Council tweaked a proposed change in its residential occupancy regulations to allow three unrelated people to live together in a single-family home. The Des Moines Register reports earlier versions would have cut that to two. Current zoning regs allow as many as 5. The Council put off a final vote until the end of the month to think it over and hear from more residents.
