Des Moines Board of Water Works Trustees is expected to vote late this afternoon on a new CEO. A search committee's expected to make their recommendation to the board from the five candidates for the job. KCCI reports the candidates named earlier this year are Patrick Ball, William Gilmore, Kirk Hobbs, Bill Stowe, Jason Yarborough. Stowe heads Des Moines Public Works Department.
